My photography approach is all about authenticity - I'm drawn to photography of people being themselves, rather than than photos of people posing to have their photo taken!!
My candid, unobtrusive, people photography allows scenes to unfold as naturally as possible, giving me the opportunity to capture genuine real-life moments with minimal interference.
My intention is always to be as unassuming and unobtrusive as possible, simply blending in with what's going on while documenting the important moments as they naturally unfold; this allows me to capture the essence of your day without disrupting the flow or atmosphere.
Patrick Duddy is a documentary wedding photographer based in Ballyarnett Village, Derry. On his own site he writes that he photographs weddings throughout Derry, Donegal and Ireland, North and South, and that a handful of family or couple shots can be planned beforehand so time away from the party stays short.
